When Sean returned from America a couple of weeks ago, he brought back cheddar cheese and canned green chilis!! (Our nearby Good Friends Store sometimes has canned green chilis, but for a small can you will pay about $3.25) So I haven’t brought myself to purchase those here yet.  So tonight I made one our family’s favorite Mexican dinners.  Green Chili Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
